Eurilla Pinot Noir 2023
Eurilla Pinot is from the ‘Cemetery’ vineyard and is 0.5 hectares of Pinot Noir on an west facing slope on the Piccadilly Valley floor. After hand picking, the grapes were sorted and destemmed with 10% whole bunches. Fermentation was for 3 weeks and elevage was for 10 months in 3 year old barriques. Eurilla Pinot 2023 has bright natural acidity and is red fruited with intense cranberries and cherries. There are pleasant savoury undertones of bay and cardamom adding layers of complexity.
