Eurilla Pinot is from the challenger vineyard and is the first year we have worked with this site. After hand picking, the grapes were sorted and destemmed with 10% whole bunches. Fermentation was for 3 weeks and elevage was for 8 months in 3 year old barriques and 4 months in tank. Eurilla Pinot 2025 has bright natural acidity and is red fruited with intense dark cherries and bramble. There are pleasant savory undertones of dry leaves and forest floor
