A Nebbiolo Rose from the 0.2 hectares of Nebbiolo grapes in the Clover vineyard. The grapes were hand harvested on the 6th of May and brought to the winery where they were sorted and destemmed. Maceration was for 1 week and elevage for 18 months. The wine has the characteristic red fruits of Nebbiolo cherries cardamom and currants, with persistent long ashy tannins. Juicy acidity defines this wine which was bottled without Sulphur additions.
